Non-mandatory skippers meeting at 10 AM.
The Kelly Trophy Race (female skippers only) will start approx 20 minutes after the last boat finishes the first race. It’s start time will be approx 1PM.
Boats NEED a valid PHRF Racing Certificate to participate.
