I learned at the boat show that there is no longer a printed version of Transport Canada’s Safe Boating Guide.  You can,  however, down load the latest version at http://www.tc.gc.ca/media/documents/marinesafety/TP-511e.pdf.  All boating members should be  familiar with this guide which provides information on mandatory safety gear, operator licensing, and navigation lights. Free Waterway/Murray Canal Passage

Christmas Party 2016

The club’s annual Christmas Party was held on December 3 and what an event it turned out to be!  There was a capacity crowd and so much food that it would not all fit on the counter. The party also featured a draw for prizes consisting of gift baskets, club gear, and boat show tickets.
