The plan to modify the harbour and docks to allow use during high water is in full swing. On May 13 Dennis Fletcher, co founder of Quinte SailAbility was kind enough to make a presentation to club members that described the organization’s programs and goals. Fletch’s talk covered the organization’s staff, finances, special equipment, and sailing programs. Interspersed with this information were stories of how their sailing programs have instilled life changing confidence in individuals
