On December 2 the clubhouse was decorated with Christmas cheer to welcome Santa Clause and his choir of angles to PYC. The event, organized by Janet and Paavo K, Dave and Terry M and Stacy G did a superb job with the decorations, punch, gifts and entertainment. There was a good turnout of members, including our newest associate and social members, who brought a wide assortment of munchies and participated in Christmas songs led by Janet and Terry’s choir. Santa, accompanied by two lovely angles, made an appearance to distribute presents of boat show tickets and spirits to deserving members.
The final event of the evening was a raffle for a large gift basket with the proceeds being donated to Quinte SailAbility. It was a fitting way to spread the holiday cheer.
