High water levels caused by extreme amounts of rain are delaying the start of the navigation season on some major waterways. On May 13 Dennis Fletcher, co founder of Quinte SailAbility was kind enough to make a presentation to club members that described the organization’s programs and goals. Fletch’s talk covered the organization’s staff, finances, special equipment, and sailing programs.
